Pricing - Terms & Conditions
Our Villa on Hacienda del Alamo is available for rental all year round, whether it's for a fortnight's family holiday, a long weekend's golf or a long let to escape from the British winter.
Prices quoted are per week in UK sterling and irrespective of the number of guests ( but limited to a maximum of six)
The price includes:
- Air conditioning/heating
- Linen and towels
- Beach towels.
To make a booking please contact us via the contact tab and request a booking form. A completed booking form and 25% deposit is required to secure a booking.
Optional Extras
Pool Heating
Pool heating is charged at £75 per week. The pool is heated to 28 degrees, this temperature can be maintained by putting the pool cover back on at night when the temperature drops.
Mid Stay Clean
A mid stay clean can be arranged at a cost of £60,
Linen Change
A Full inen change can be arranged. The cost is dependent on the amount of linen to be changed, the cost for a double set is £18 which comprises of 1x bed linen, 2x bath towel and 2x beach towel; the cost for a single set is £10 which comprises of 1x single bed linen, 1x bath towel and 1x beach towel)
Welcome Pack
Welcome pack £32 containing bread, butter, marmalade or jam, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice, 2 x 2 litre bottles of still water, 6 bottles of beer and a bottle of white wine.
Cot and High Chair
We have a travel cot and high chair that can be made available for our very young guests. These are supplied free of charge (please note that cot linen is not provided)
Arrival & Departure
Guests can arrive at any time after 4pm, we have a key code system at the villa which enable guests to arrive out of hours and access the villa without having to rely on meeting someone to pick them up. A welcome pack will be emailed once the final balance is received, this will include a detailed map plus the code required to access the key safe
Checking out time is 10am.
We will be flexible with both the check in and out times where possible.
Restrictions
Smoking is not permitted within the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
Payment
We can accept payment in either UK Sterling or Euros
Euros
Payment can be made via cheque or electronic transfer.
UK Sterling
Payment can be made by Cheque, BACS transfer or Google Checkout. 
Payment Terms
A 25% non-returnable deposit is required to secure a booking. This will be required with the completed booking form to reserve the villa
The 75% balance plus optional extras is payable 6 weeks before departure.
For bookings made with less than 6 weeks before the arrival date the full amount plus the security deposit is required to secure the booking.
A £250 security deposit is required to cover against the cost of minor damages.
Payment of the security deposit is required at the same time as the final balance. The security deposit will be returned following a satisfactory check of the villa and inventory following departure.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance prior to your stay as we cannot be held responsible for personal injury, loss or theft of personal possessions or power failure (Electricity or Water) during your stay.
